Multi-functional Facility finalized and leased out at Tbilisi Free Zone

As the completion of construction nears for three upcoming industrial complexes at TFZ, we are pleased to announce the successful finalization of multiple agreements, ensuring full occupancy well before the final project refinements.

With no stop, in 2024, we plan to introduce more facilities with prime industrial and warehousing space to comfort our tenants.

Additionally, next year we will implement 2 new industrial turn-key projects within our “Plug-in-Play” campaign of facility development.
