On May 20–22, the management of the Tbilisi Free Industrial Zone (FIZ) took part in the Uzbekistan–Georgia Business Forum, held in Tashkent, aimed at boosting trade and investment collaboration between the two countries.
During the forum, Ioseb Nibladze, Managing Partner of Tbilisi FIZ, spoke about the zone’s operational capabilities, its flexible business model, and the long-term development strategy of the zone.
Key messages presented:
- Tbilisi FIZ serves as an efficient platform for manufacturing and trade activities (import/export) across the region.
- The FIZ offers ready industrial infrastructure and land plots on long-term lease, creating favorable conditions for investors and simplifying the investment process.
Meetings were also held with potential partners and promising companies interested in expanding their operations in Georgia and the wider region.
