Hydraulic components manufactured in Tbilisi Free Zone will be supplied directly to Bosch Rexroth’s European plants starting from the end of August 2026.
High-tech company Yasa Georgia LLC, operating in the Zone, has received authorization from Germany-based Bosch Rexroth AG to manufacture, assemble, and test hydraulic valves in Georgia.
This means that the entire production process for high-specification components intended for the global industrial company — including manufacturing, assembly, and testing — will be carried out in Tbilisi Free Zone, from where the finished products will be shipped to Bosch Rexroth’s European plants.
In the future, the company also plans to expand its supply geography to China.
The ongoing project in Tbilisi Free Zone is another example of the intensification of modern manufacturing activity within the Zone. For Yasa Georgia, this is already the second international-scale industrial project implemented in Tbilisi Free Zone that is connected to the supply chains of leading global companies.
In 2025, the company received direct customer authorization from Elevate Aircraft Seating — a Boeing-owned company — to manufacture key structural aluminum frames for business-class aircraft seats.
These components, manufactured in Tbilisi Free Zone, are used in Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Boeing 777, and Boeing 737 aircraft.
As a result, the manufacturing facility operating in Tbilisi Free Zone is currently connected to international supply chains in both the aerospace and industrial manufacturing sectors.
“Securing the trust of a company such as Bosch Rexroth so soon after qualifying for Boeing’s seating supply chain demonstrates that manufacturing in line with the highest aerospace and industrial standards is also possible in Georgia. This sends an important signal to global manufacturers that Georgia, and Tbilisi Free Zone in particular, can serve as a serious and reliable manufacturing base,” said Markus Müller, Director of Yasa Georgia.

Yasa Georgia’s manufacturing facility has been located in Tbilisi Free Zone since 2024. The company’s production model includes the receipt of raw materials, component processing, assembly and testing in Georgia, followed by the delivery of finished products to international customers.
Its location in Tbilisi and access to manufacturing infrastructure enable the company to maintain fast logistics links with European markets and carry out production directly from Georgia.
Yasa Georgia has also recently expanded its manufacturing capacity in Tbilisi Free Zone by taking up an additional 1,300 sq. m of industrial space.
The company currently employs around 30 people. To meet growing demand from international customers, Yasa Georgia plans to double its workforce over the next year.
The project implemented in Tbilisi Free Zone demonstrates that the Zone is developing not only trade and logistics activities, but also high-tech, high-specification industrial manufacturing, with products entering the supply chains of international companies and highly developed markets.
