🔹 Construction & Renovation – We develop industrial and storage facilities within as low as 2-3 months’ timeframe and with 20-25% less than market rates
🔹 Cleaning & Waste management – Our community members get affordable fees on industrial and household waste management
🔹 Employee Transportation & Material Deliveries – Available from February 2024, TFZ administration starts shuttle services for transporting employees of our resident companies to and from TFZ. Additionally, various material & product deliveries will be offered.
